Bobby: Edinburgh's Lucky Dog is a small daily ritual for your phone. If something isn't working, or you have a question, email us.
We're a small studio and we read every email. We aim to reply within a few working days. It helps to tell us your phone's model, your version of iOS or Android, and what happened, and what you expected. Your email is used only to help you. See our privacy policy.

Your data
Does Bobby collect my data?
Your progress, your pages and your settings stay on your phone. Bobby has no accounts and no analytics. The free version shows an ad through Google AdMob, requested as non-personalised; the Remove ads purchase switches ads off entirely. Our privacy policy has the details.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
If you're in the UK, EEA or Switzerland, Bobby asks for your choice the first time ads could appear, and you can change it at any time: open the Year page, then the sliders, then About & privacy, then Ad privacy choices.
Can I have a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find Bobby, and choose to request a refund. On Android, request a refund through the Google Play Store, from your order history. If Google Play points you to the developer instead, email us.
